Happy Hook-Up Pancakes

Ingredients:
 
2 2/3 Cups Flour
6 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
6 Tblsp Sugar or Splenda
2 Eggs
3 Cups Milk
6 Tblsp Oil
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
 
Put all the ingredients in a bowl in the order they appear in the recipe. 
Mix until well blended.
 
Put the batter on a hot greased griddle or frying pan using a soup ladle or spoon to make the size of pancake you desire. 
Allow bubbles to form on top then flip.
Pancakes should be golden brown when done.
 
Serve buttered with topping of your choice.

Lily White Syrup
Blueberry Syrup
Strawberry Syrup
Jam
Apple Sauce
