This is yummy...and pretty simple.
1 Can (14oz) Artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped1 10 oz pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese3/4 cup Mayonnaise1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese1/2 tsp. garlic powderMix all ingredients until well blended.Spoon into a 9 inch pie plate.Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.(To make ahead, assemble, cover and refrigerateup to 24 hours. Bake uncovered as directed, but addabout 5 - 10 minutes to ensure it is heated through.Enjoy.
