Lisa's Cheesy Spinach & Artichoke Dip

This is yummy...and pretty simple.
1 Can (14oz) Artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
1 10 oz pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
 
Mix all ingredients until well blended. 
Spoon into a 9 inch pie plate.
Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
 
(To make ahead, assemble, cover and refrigerate
up to 24 hours.  Bake uncovered as directed, but add
about 5 - 10 minutes to ensure it is heated through.
