Pickled Eggs

Need 2 dozen eggs
1 can of small red beets (8oz)
White vinegar
White sugar
Water
Hard boil eggs- I usually do approx 2 dozen
After cool-peel off shells and place eggs in a large jar
Add one can of small beets and juice
Take empty beet can and fill it ½ full of water and ½ full of white vinegar.
Add 3 tablespoons full of white sugar to the can of water and vinegar.
Pour over eggs and beets.
Put a lid on jar and either store in a dark place or in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.
Then cut the eggs in half and enjoy
