Pickled Eggs

Need 2 dozen eggs

1 can of small red beets (8oz)

White vinegar

White sugar

Water

  1. Hard boil eggs- I usually do approx 2 dozen

  2. After cool-peel off shells and place eggs in a large jar

  3. Add one can of small beets and juice

  4. Take empty beet can and fill it ½ full of water and ½ full of white vinegar.

  5. Add 3 tablespoons full of white sugar to the can of water and vinegar.

  6. Pour over eggs and beets.

  7. Put a lid on jar and either store in a dark place or in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.

  8. Then cut the eggs in half and enjoy
