chicken pate filled eggs

10 eggs
1 can of chicken pate
mayonnaise (comercial or home made)
salt
ground black pepper

Remember to move slowly and carefully because its eggs we are dealing :).
Take ten eggs, put them in a boiling pot, carefully fill pot with cold water
and let them boil for 15-17 minutes on your cooking machine.
When done empty the hot water from pot, and keeping the eggs still in, fill pot again with cold water, the water inside may get warm the first time,
so you may have to empty and fill the pot with cold water several times.
This helps chill the eggs and also makes easy to remove their shell.
Carefully remove all shells then cut the eggs in half lengthwise.
Scoop out yolks into a small mixing bowl and mash with a fork.
Add one spoonful mayonnaise (comercial or home made).add one can of chicken pateand mix well.
Optional you may add some ground black pepper and salt
Spoon yolk mixture into egg white halves.cover refilled halves with mayonnaise and ornate them with a half olive.
Chill until ready to serve.
