Hard Boiled Egg Casserole

6 hard cooked eggs, sliced

2 cups ham pieces

1/4 cup onions, chopped
1-1/2 cups process Swiss cheese, shredded

One 10-3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup

3/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard

6 slices French Bread, cut 1/2-inch thick, buttered

Paprika

Keep 6 egg slices for garnish.
Place the remaining egg slices in the bottom of a 1-1/2 quart casserole. Layer the ham pieces and chopped onions.
Sprinkle this with the shredded cheese.
Place the bread slices on top of casserole. In a saucepan, heat soup, milk, and mustard. Stir until smooth.
Pour sauce over bread, egg, meat mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Remove from oven and add reserved egg slices.
Sprinkle tops with paprika.
6 servings.
