AVOCADO ALMOND MOUSSE

Cream 2 medium size avocadoes with 16 ounces of plain yogurt (Or choose vanilla or lemon yogurt for a variety and different flavor).

 Beat in Vita-Mix Blender for a minute or other blender at high speed.

 Stir in 1/2 cup crushed almonds.

Serve in dessert cups with real whipping cream topping, if desired.

 Sprinkle with crushed almonds, if desired. Very creamy, delicious and healthy.

 
Note:  Both dishes healthy for the digestion, (liver) and especially for the heart. Omega oils are great for the skin!
