Prepare fresh fish, accordingly, clean, rinse and cut into filet sections.Put a base of olive oil (2 Tablespoons should do) in a 9 X 13 glass baking dish.Lay the filets down on the oiled pan.Sprinkle lightly with sea salt, lemon pepper and cover each filet with fresh grated parmesan cheese.
