BAKED WILD SALMON

Prepare fresh fish, accordingly, clean, rinse and cut into filet sections.
 
Put a base of olive oil (2 Tablespoons should do) in a 9 X 13 glass baking dish.
 
Lay the filets down on the oiled pan.

Sprinkle lightly with sea salt, lemon pepper and cover each filet with fresh grated parmesan cheese.

 
Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until soft, flaky by touch with fork.

Note:  Both dishes healthy for the digestion, (liver) and especially for the heart. Omega oils are great for the skin!
