6 eggs
1 jigger of whiskey
2tsp. Vanilla
1/4tsp salt
4c flour
1/4c butter
1/4c sugar
1c honey and small cut up nuts to tease
A pan or fryer will oil

Sift flour and salt
Make a well in the flour (a well is a hole in the center of the flour)
Beat the eggs
Melt the butter put the eggs, sugar, butter, whiskey and vanilla in the well
KNEAD WELL

Flour the table or large cutting board
Roll the batter FLAT about 1/8 inch

Cut in 4 inch by 21/2 inch and cut the center about 2 inch
Fold the one side to the center
Cook them it hot oil
Should float to the surface when done
Heat honey
Dip in honey and speckle with nuts
