Anise Cookies

6 eggs
6 1/2 egg shell of oil ( app ½ cup)
1c sugar
4c flour (and 1cup)
5tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Anise flavor (jigger) you can use the liquor
Beat eggs add sugar, oil, anise mix well- add flour
with baking powder and salt
Mix till cookie mix (you my have to add flour to make
like cookie dough}
Roll out to ½ in and cut it to 1in pieces
Bake 10 to 12 min on flowered pan at 350°
Roll in power sugar
