TERMS OF SERVICE
Better known as the fine print. By joining Cookin-Fun you
agree to abide by these terms to join and remain a member of
Cookin-Fun.
Cookin-Fun understands our member's concerns regarding the
privacy of the information they share with us. We hold our
customers, and the information they share with us, in the
highest regard. Maintaining your privacy is critical to us. We
will not sell, share, or rent your information to others in any
way different from those disclosed in this statement.
We collect information as you enter it. Our goal is to give
you the highest level of service possible. As a paid member, you
are purchasing access to the Cookin-Fun tools and Recipes
provided, and when referring new members, you are selling
memberships that give access to these tools and services.
During the signup process, you are prompted to supply us with
your contact information. This information must be provided in
order to complete your signup and contact you regarding your
membership.
The transfer of this information is secure and cannot be
received or read by others, with the exception of your name and
email being sent to your sponsor when you sign up.
By using the Cookin-Fun site and all contained herein, the
member agrees to:
1. NEVER to use SPAM to promote this opportunity. (see Refund
policy below)
2. You agree to receive occasional emails from Cookin-Fun
regarding special announcements, member updates, promotions and
messages concerning Cookin-Fun from your upline.
3. You will not hold Cookin-Fun accountable for any loss of
service due to circumstances out of our control.
4. You agree to the Cookin-Fun Refund policy (see below).
Cookin-Fun Agrees to:
1. Not to share your information with anyone unknown to you.
To keep it secure at all times.
2. To maintain the website, matrix and member’s area to the best
of their ability.
3. To pay any commissions owed in a timely manner.
Cookin-Fun Refund/Removal Policy:
Cookin-Fun will refund any membership fees paid within the
first 5 days after upgrading to a paid member (any fees charged
to Cookin-Fun by the processor will be deducted before refund is
processed). There will be no refunds after this period. If the
member removes themselves or is removed with just cause, the
balance of any fees paid will be forfeited.
Please remember if you remove yourself you will lose all
commissions. It is the member’s responsibility to cancel any
subscription arrangements you have made in connection with your
Cookin-Fun membership.
Any Chargeback or refund requested through any processor for ANY
reason will result in the immediate and final removal of the
affected membership. Any and all commissions or fees will be
forfeited.
If a refund is needed please contact the Administration first.

Cookin-Fun ZERO-TOLERANCE Spam Policy
Cookin-Fun does not tolerate SPAM in any form
Members may not promote Cookin-Fun or any of its program
components, the Cookin-Fun name, logo, or copyrighted material,
except in the format provided and/or approved on a case-by-case
basis.
Members may not "SPAM" or send unsolicited email advertising
the web site including, but not limited to, the Cookin-Fun site
and the member's personalized site.
Members may not "SPAM" or send unsolicited email or
communications to advertise the Cookin-Fun program or any
component thereof, including mass postings to Usenet Newsgroups,
chat rooms, forums, instant messengers, MIRC, fax or voice
blasts, or any other on-line communication system.
If you are reported to us or our server company as a spammer,
you will lose all access to the Cookin-Fun site, and it's
components, immediately and without notice, losing your account,
commissions and you will be banned from ever joining in the
future.
The responsible party who uses any Cookin-Fun resource, web
site, or personal URL for spamming, will be liable for any
expenses incurred by Cookin-Fun to reverse any actions taken by
our server company or any other services as a result of their
spamming.
Members may not use the Cookin-Fun Downline Mailer to contact
their downline on any business other than Cookin-Fun business.
Sending ads for other programs is SPAM! NO Exceptions, this will
be classified as SPAM, and cause for immediate removal.
By joining the Cookin-Fun site and using our program, you
agree to adhere to our NO SPAM policy.
COMPLAINTS: If you have received an unsolicited email or
communication that you believe qualifies as SPAM, Please notify
us at once: Spam Complaint.
